NON-MEDICAL PLANNING · UPDATED 2 NOVEMBER 2026

Practical coordination around a China visit—clearly bounded.

ANYUTRA can receive ordinary, non-sensitive enquiries through the contact routes below. Any future paid support is limited to defined non-medical planning and travel coordination. Hospitals and qualified providers control clinical care, acceptance, appointments, records, treatment and their own fees.

SERVICE STRUCTURE

Four stages, each with a defined result.

01 · INITIAL ENQUIRY

Clarify the practical question

For: a traveller or family deciding what information they need. Possible result: a reply identifying relevant public guides and the appropriate official route. Excluded: clinical review, hospital matching, appointment promises, document collection or emergency help.

02 · PRE-TRAVEL PLANNING

Build a traveller-owned checklist

For: visitors who need a structured practical plan. Possible result: a scope-confirmed itinerary checklist, responsibility map, source list and change-plan worksheet. Excluded: visa decisions, medical eligibility, provider selection or any guarantee of availability.

03 · TRAVEL COORDINATION

Keep logistics distinguishable

For: a traveller with independently confirmed provider arrangements. Possible result: a written list of traveller-approved logistics tasks, contacts and escalation points. Excluded: booking authority, collection of payment, hospital administration, medical interpretation or clinical communication.

04 · FAMILY SUPPORT

Help companions share the plan

For: families coordinating accommodation, arrival and communication. Possible result: a shared family contact sheet, accommodation/transport questions and a change checklist. Excluded: care provision, emergency response, supervision, translation of medical information or representation to a provider.

FEES & THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Scope first; pricing only after a real service is defined.

ANYUTRA FEE

Defined work, not access to care

No published price is a sales offer. If a service becomes available, its fee must be agreed for the stated non-medical deliverables, timing and cancellation terms—not for treatment, clinical outcomes or appointment access.

THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Separate and provider-controlled

Hospital, accommodation, transport, interpreter, insurance and other provider charges are separate. Each traveller must confirm eligibility, price, cancellation, payment and service terms directly with that provider.

NO GUARANTEE

Contact is not a booking

A reply does not confirm capacity, a hospital relationship, a referral, an appointment, travel service or acceptance. Do not make travel or payment decisions until the controlling provider confirms them directly.

CONTACT · NON-SENSITIVE ENQUIRIES ONLY

Start with a practical question.

KEEP IT SAFE

Do not send sensitive information

Do not send medical records, diagnoses, passport or identity documents, payment details, or urgent requests through ordinary email or WhatsApp.
